A: Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus estimated shipping times:

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Note: If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Q: Can I personalize my card, mug, or t-shirt?
A: Absolutely! Most of our products offer customization options — names, messages, dates, and more. Look for the "Customize" field on the product page before adding to cart.
Q: Will the colors match what I see online?
A: We aim for accurate colors, but small variations may occur due to screen settings and print methods.
Q: What sizes are available for t-shirts?
A: We offer a full range of sizes (usually XS–3XL or higher). Size charts are available on each product page. Please double-check your size before ordering, as we can't accept returns for size errors.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Because everything is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or with a production error.
Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
A: We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
